Our innovative new programme will harness the power of climbing and teach participants a new form of aerobic exercise which helps co-ordination, flexibility focus and strength but in manageable sessions that help you progress at your own pace.
You will have the chance to try bouldering and roped climbing in an indoor, controlled environment with expert and supportive instructing staff. The sessions will support confidence and motivation which will all support a shift in mindset, which will help form a quit smoking attitude to success.
We will combine the physical activity sessions over the 8-week period with 4, hour long sessions from ‘Brighouse Mind & Body’ Denise Beckett is a qualified hypnotherapist who believes holistic wellness is achieved through truly connecting the body and the mind. From mindful meditation to energy healing sessions, Denise helps clients find inner peace and ignite their healing potential.
Throughout your journey, Denise will help you understand the power of positive mindset and how this can break old habits and form new, healthy thought processes. All of which will help you become and stay smoke free.
